Raised in an entrepreneurial family in Central Ohio, Wendy Fairbanks graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Comprehensive Communications.  Beginning her career in an agency promoting Ohio travel and tourism, she then went on to help build a multi-million dollar business creating productivity and motivational tools, and another company focused on the outdoor living industry.  While specializing in marketing and graphics, Wendy honed her customer
service and sales skills for more than two decades, in addition to serving as Brown Township Zoning Secretary and later on the Board of Zoning Appeals.  She launched a career in real estate to combine her love of customer service and community involvement, with her expertise in marketing and sales, to advocate and negotiate on behalf her
clients.  By using the Keller Williams state of the art technology, team collaboration, and marketing materials, Wendy will work tirelessly to make your home buying and selling experience as pleasurable as possible.

A graduate of Worthington High School, Wendy has been a resident in both Columbus and Delaware County since the Eighties and has raised two sons, along with two step daughters and a step son.  She enjoys hiking, camping, gardening and entertaining.
